Although we are not the first, the option to lease a domain name is still quite rare. We feel it is in your best interest to have this option available to you. Leasing your domain name will allow you the use without the initial higher costs of an immediate purchase.

Our domain names lease program is similar to leasing a automobile. In this case, a lease period is 12 months. Each (1) month lease payments are derived by dividing the full sales price by 36. ³ ( Full sales price is pre-negotiated before inception of the lease ) $4800.00 ÷ 36 = $133.33 per month. Your first payment to us will be $477.99: ( includes a - 1 time - $78.00 non-refundable lease inception fee ) (1) A refundable deposit ¹ in the amount of two months lease payments = $266.66 (2) Your first of 12 consecutive monthly lease payments of $133.33 ea. (3) A - 1 time - non-refundable lease inception fee of $78.00 For each of the following 11 consecutive months you will pay $133.33 - 12 lease payments total = $1599.96 At the end of your 12 month lease period you may: (1) - Elect to discontinue using the domain name. - Your deposit of $266.66 is then returned to you within 30 calender days. OR (2) - Elect to purchase the domain outright for a total of $2933.38. [your initial deposit of $266.66 is already credited!] $4800 negotiated sales price (minus) $1866.62 [12 monthly payments=$1599.96 plus your initial deposit of $266.66] = $2933.38 [buyout balance due]) As shown in the example above, after your lease period ends, owning the domain outright would be only: $2933.38 FREE FINANCING is an easy solution to owning quality internet real estate! If you elect to purchase at the end of your lease term, you will remit the pre-negotiated buyout amount to Escrow.com. Once final buyout payment is remitted by you and has cleared, you will become the domain's legal owner of record. Free and clear. During the lease term, you may utilize the domain for anything² which is legal within the USA. You have full use of the leased domain. You are responsible for all hosting charges and all other costs incurred to operate the domain - other than the domain registration. Please note: ¹ refundable deposit will be forfeited if: (A) - monthly payment is more than 2 days in arrears. Each monthly payment due date is established within leasing contract. (B) - Your use of domain constitutes a violation of our terms of service as agreed to in leasing contract. (c) - Buyout settlement payment is more than 5 days in arrears. Buyout payment date is set within leasing contract. Please note: ² certain "adult use" restrictions apply to leased domains. Please note: ³ Minimum monthly lease payment is $97 even when 1/36th is less. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter into lease or purchase agreements.
